Amplified Instant Ramen

Ever had one of those days when you just want to succumb into a bowl of instant noodles? My amplified instant ramen is not really that instant haha only the noodles is ready made, especially when I’m too lazy to roll out some dough and make my own.

I dress up my bowl with slow cooked chashu pork, pickled mushrooms, crunchy garlic, soft boiled egg, nori, sesame seeds, chopped onion leeks and a drizzle of sesame oil for aroma.

Now doesn’t that look pretty?
