After a week of eating out, just to sample what The Terraces has to offer, I started to miss home cooking. The first dish that came to mind was my favorite – chili garlic shrimp. Loads of chilis and lots of shrimp, what more can you ask for? Maybe claritin on the side for me =)

as much chili as you can handle
garlic
onion
rice wine
